Shade got to take his first plane ride out west to visit family. He did amazingly well. On the plane ride there and back, he put himself asleep twice, and only got fussy once each time, right before I made him a bottle. He did really well meeting all the "new" family again too (he met them in December last year). It was pretty crazy though, both Kellen and I have such large families :) Shade has 10 aunts, 15 uncles, 13 grandparents, and 15 cousins. We got to see all but 5 of them, even though some live in Chicago, Reno, Carson City and some in North Carolina. They just all happened to come out to visit at the same time...nice coincidence! We also got to go to our good friend Jen Ward's wedding reception in Las Vegas. That was an awesome addition to our little trip! Here are some of the highlights:
