UNSEASONABLY WARM

This winter has been awesomely mild - almost makes me want to remain in Michigan :) Yet I was still surprised to get 60, 70 and even 80 degree weather in early March. Shade and I had to take advantage of it as much as possible. So we went to parks, Walled lake, and went to play outside our apartment every day we could. It was so nice!!

Unfortunately, with warmer weather comes nature's surprises. There was actually a tornado 45 minutes from our house in Dexter on the 15th. It didn't hurt anyone, but it did do some pretty bad damage. One thing about Michigan though: Perhaps it is because of the great lakes, perhaps because of the latitude, but we don't get many tornadoes like they do down south. Thank goodness!
