Not much has happened in the last month. Olive continues to get better at her little skills. She really likes to play "gonna get you" as she crawls away as fast as she can with a big smile on her face, and then she will burst into a big laugh when you catch her. But still no walking. She will still stand up in the middle of the floor without holding onto anything. And she will walk around holding onto furniture or hands. But as soon as you let go of her hand, she gets scared to walk by herself and will sit down to crawl. One problem is that when she does walk with us, she RUNS. She goes as fast as her little feet will take her. So she takes really big steps and doesn't have very good balance. She doesn't even like to walk very much while holding onto only one hand because she gets off balance with her big steps.
She has also started showing her little personality more and more. If she doesn't want something, she will let you know and push it away. Even when you know she does want something, sometimes she has to be the one to grab it, not have it be given to her or she will still push it away. At least she is so stinkin cute!
And, as mentioned before, she has started saying "uh-oh," which we all love. And she is starting to imitate sounds of a dog and monkey. Too cute!
