Finally buckled down and got my ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support). It was an expensive, 10 hour class, but this opens some new doors for me. I have been meaning to do this since I started applying for jobs back in 2011, but something was always keeping me from doing it. But I finally didn't have an excuse anymore. I may have over studied for the particular class I was in (some of the instructors can be brutal), but I think that was a blessing in disguise. Anyway, so excited that that is OVER (at least until I have to renew it in 2 years...)!
