His new favorite song is the Frowny
Face song. He scrunches his nose and forehead up (which actually looks mad) when he sings "no one likes a frowny face," then he smiles and continues "change it for a snile..."The newest song he learned is "I love you." This is how he sings it:
You love you. You love me. We both happy fanly. With a big big hug and a tiss to me to you. You love me (real quietly). We have both recorded, but the cheaper internet makes it hard to upload videos (it is usually a day-long project for those other videos I posted).
Also, Shade loves to run. We have a circular path in our apartment that he will periodically do laps on throughout the day. Tonight he started running after dinner, and kept running. Kellen counted 201 laps! (He measured it - about 2/3 of a mile!) And that was after 35 laps this morning and a good 15 minutes outside playing! - But come to think of it, Shade has always been a runner... (click for an old video of him running)
And...Shade drank a lot of milk for lunch today, then fell asleep shortly after. That wasn't planned, so I just put a pull-up on him and figured he would just pee in it. But a couple hours later, he woke up and said he needed to use the potty - and his pull-up was dry! Kind of helps me forget the other struggles we had this week :)

Sounds like Shade is going to be a very active person, just like his parents.
I am envious of how well he is doing with the potty. I wish Anela would do better!
