SOCCER, ETC.

Shade chose to do soccer this spring instead of T-Ball. It was a new experience for him. Last year he just did the "training" class. This year it was real practices and real games. He was kind of lost, he has never played soccer with more than just a couple of kids. So the big pack of kids that surrounded the ball kind of intimidated him and he mostly kept out of it. So much so in fact, that he was often found to be standing to the side of all the kids doing his own little thing in his own little world. I tried to bribe him to get in there and kick the ball, but that only went so far. But either way, he had fun, so it was a good chance to try something new.
