LETTER SOUNDS

Olive now knows all of her letter sounds! She finally started saying the letter V and it's sound correctly (she usually calls it a B with a 'b' sound). To help her, we started singing a song we made up about letters and the sounds they make. And the other day, she saw the word 'dog,' picked out all the letters, then told me it said 'dog' (although it was by a picture of a dog, so I don't think she was actually reading it, but she was associating the letters and word with the picture). I tried to get her saying the letter sounds on video a couple times, but she keeps freezing in the middle when she is on camera. She had performed it perfectly for Kellen and Shade a couple times. She will be 2 years old in a couple weeks. What a cute little smarty pants!
