Shade is so much fun! He really is getting a great sense of humor. He does/says something almost every day that makes me laugh.
Also, he has gotten down all his letter sounds (although he will still occaisionally mix some of them up, and he says 't' for 'k' or 'c' and he says 'd' for 'g'). He is starting to get the concept of sounding out words, but is still a bit confused by putting the sounds together. And also, thanks to those annoying tunes that get stuck in your head from Starfall.com, he has learned some good pronunciation rules ("the silent 'e' is at the end of the word, end of the word, end of the word. The silent 'e' is at the end of the word, makes the 'i' say 'i'", etc). He does a very good job and I love that he is willing to sit down with me and practice the same things over and over. What an awesome kid!

You've got that kid reading already!? He's only two! I thought they were supposed to learn that in school. Pretty awesome, it made Aidyn want to read, for a few seconds.
