STAKE CONFERENCE

So we had a stake conference this weekend. Normally, I don't get too excited about those, especially after working the night before. But this one was extra special - because Elder Dallin H. Oaks (one of the 12 Apostles) was there and spoke to us. And even better, afterward Kellen and Shade and I went up to the front where he was and got to meet him and shake his hand. It was really cool. Seeing him in person was awesome. You could immediately feel how loving and warm he was, and feel his confidence and conviction in his knowledge. When they say someone has wise eyes, that is what they mean. You could just tell he was an Apostle of Christ. Awesome.
