WORKING GOLF CART!

So we have had quite a few mishaps with buying a cheaper, used golf cart (although it did save us several thousand dollars). The cart is electric and takes six 6 volt batteries. We had to get new batteries, but the store gave us the wrong kinds (two 6 volts and four 8 volts). So of course they never charged since our battery charger was a 36 volt charger. So the store offered to upgrade our cart from a 36 volt to a 48 volt and just give us two more 8 volt batteries. But then we had to get a customized charger that could charge 48 volts and fit into a 36 volt slot. Then, someone stole our charger! The store owner told us if they didn't notice it was specialized, it could very well damage their batteries... Then we had problems with our charging guage and someone took it for a joy ride more than once while it was in the "free" charging station in our apartment complex, so we had to find a new place to charge it, and now it charges but doesn't last as long as it should, etc, etc. But we finally got it to a point that we can at least go for short rides on it. The kids love it! They don't have to wear seatbelts, and they get to see the forests and water and animals. It really is fun. We will definitely be using this for Halloween this year!
