Some small milestones:
- By 8 weeks she started cooing in response to our interactions with her, and she smiles all the time now. She is getting more and more verbal, it is fun hearing all the new sounds she figures out.
- She started sleeping 7-9 hour stretches at night at 10 weeks, but strangely enough, only on the nights that I worked. Then at 11 weeks, it started becoming a nightly thing. Which is awesome! I am still nursing, and I don't always get to pump as often as I would normally need to when I am at work, so I don't have to worry about that affecting my supply so much.
- She started getting more interested in looking at toys and trying to figure them out by 10 weeks. By 11.5 weeks she started liking to bounce in the bouncy chair and is now doing the "running baby" with kicking her legs. She still dislikes "tummy time."
- By 12 weeks she has laughed a couple of times - nothing big or consistent, but still in response to interaction. She is so close to really laughing!
