Apparently, there are not a whole lot of extra curricular sports offered in the fall around here for young kids. But we want to keep Shade involved in physical activities, especially since he seems a bit awkward on picking them up at first. We talked about his limited options and he decided he really wanted to try karate. Of course, he chose the most expensive one. But he seemed really excited about it, and since we don't have a lot of bills right now, we figured it is a small expense in comparison. So he started learning how to be a ninja! And he seems to really like it. Kellen took him to his first lesson and he said that Shade was basically jumping up and down with excitement the entire time :) I think he will have a lot of fun!
