10 MONTHS OLD

Not much new this month for Eli, but he is getting a lot better at his newly learned skills. He crawls on his knees a lot more often now, mostly just on the carpet though. It is still faster for him to scoot on the hard floor :) It is cute, but makes his clothes so much dirtier! He is also pulling himself up on everything and pulling himself along furniture or whatever he can hold on to. He tries to "talk" all the time. He says ma ma, ba ba, and da da all the time. Then he often puts his lips into an O and says oooo, especially when he gets hurt just enough to startle him but not enough to make him cry. He also loves to put his open mouth on everything - to make that sound when you pat your mouth while making a sound. He will often do it on my face, I think it is how he gives kisses right now :) He is still such a good-natured boy, and is almost always happy when he wakes up or when he gets attention! We love having him in our family so much!
